At the year’s end, Iran Talent conducts a survey on selecting the popular employer brand. The second report of the popular employer brand was also published this year, with the attendance of nearly 25.000 people. This published report also included Golrang Industrial Group and Abian Darou Company’s name (a subsidiary of Golrang Pharmaceutical Investment Company) as a member of the popular employment brands in the list of top 30 brands.
In addition to the amount of received salary, other indexes such as promotion and growth opportunity, career path, learning opportunity, work/life balance, etc., were examined in the selection of these brands.
