A forum of training officials of Golrang Pharmaceutical Group was held. This forum was attended by the Human Resources Deputy of Golrang Pharmaceutical Group and training officials of subsidiaries of Golrang Pharmaceutical Investment Company.
As reported by the Public Relations of Golrang Pharmaceutical Group, this forum was held on August 16, 2022. In addition to introducing Sara Momeni as the new head of the training department, Dr. Narimani emphasized the necessity of training for improving the quality of subsidiaries. He said, “Training officials of subsidiaries of Golrang Pharmaceutical Investment Company should encourage the exchange of educational experiences between subsidiaries and take advantage of national and international knowledge and experiences in order to increase the quality of their training courses. They should also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of their training courses.”
As stated by Dr. Narimiani, the submission of periodic reports of training courses to the Human Resources Deputy can help to evaluate the quality of these courses and plan for future ones.
In order to encourage the training officials of subsidiaries to increase synergy, he presented a summary of the performance and effectiveness of previous training courses and as well as future programs until the end of the year.
In addition, the attendees discussed holding joint courses and specialized training courses. Finally, it was recommended that the subsidiaries of Golrang Pharmaceutical Investment Company exchange their experiences of holding training courses as well as the experiences of instructors.
